Arnie does an interview with Dr. Wing on the health effects of Fukushima and whether we in North America should be concerned by it.

  • The fact that radiation from Fukushima is dispersing reduces a particular individual’s risk of cancer but the number of cancer cases will be the same but spread over a larger population.
  • In Fukushima you could move and significantly change your dosage, in North America it would be very hard to change your exposure in any significant way.
  • People in North America shouldn’t get distracted by Fukushima radiation due to the fact it could cause a person to miss higher risk radiation situations.
